General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of getsetstamps (GSS) apply to all sales from the online website and linked websites.
By placing your order with GSS, you accept these as the only terms governing your order.

Your Responsibilities

As the person ordering the stamp/goods, you are responsible for ensuring that all the information entered is correct. Please be careful when entering orders that you check your typed copy/product reference numbers. It is also assumed that in ordering a stamp it will be for your normal commercial/private use; that it will not be used for any fraudulent purposes and that you are legally entitled to use any logos or similar devices in the normal course of your business/private activity.
GSS, through Colop UK Ltd, supports Project Genesuis. Project Genesius is a partnership between the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) and the Printing Industry, designed to reduce the access of criminals to the equipment and supplies they require to produce false identity documents. Any suspicious requests will be passed over to the Police.
We reserve the right not to manufacture any customised stamp, the content of which we may deem to be offensive. You will be informed that we are unable to produce your order and any monies paid will be refunded in full.

Receiving Orders

All stamp and sign orders are either manufactured or despatched from our factory/offices in Birmingham.
The price of your order will be that advertised at the time of your order.

Custom Stamp and Sign Orders

All orders placed are accepted as firm and binding, they may be produced within hours of receipt. Therefore, any alterations or amendments can only be accepted without charge if production had not begun. PLEASE BE CAREFUL TO FULLY CHECK ALL THE DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER, INCLUDING ALL TEXT ON A CUSTOM STAMP, BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct e-mail address and full postal address, including the postcode, during the ordering process.
All orders received via the website will be acknowledged by a system generated e-mail. If a system generated e-mail is not received, you should assume your order has not been received and should contact in the first instance.
As a custom stamp or sign is manufactured specifically for an individual, we can only accept returns for quality or where we have failed to meet our promise. Such returns can only be accepted if notified within 7 days of receipt of order.


Orders for Stock Products

It is usually possible to amend orders for stock products within the same working day as ordered. You have the right to return any product within seven working days following the date of delivery, should it fail to meet with your expectations. A full refund will be made, see Returns Policy below.
If there are any problems, we will notify you as soon as possible by the most appropriate method.

Return / Refund Policy

All defective or incorrect products must be returned to GSS at Innovation House, Unit C2, Matrix Point, 59 Mainstream Industrial Park, Mainstream Way, Birmingham B7 4SN within 7 working days of delivery. Every endeavour will be made to correct the fault and/or supply replacement goods at no extra cost. If the company is unable to do so, then a complete credit will be given to the value of the goods, plus any postage charges, including VAT at the rate charged.
Stock products without any error/damage may be returned for a full refund within 7 working days of delivery. Defective goods over 3 months old must be returned to GSS for testing. No refund can be given if goods are not returned.
Any compensation is limited to 50% of the total value of the order.

Product Guarantee

All our products are made to the highest standards and carry a minimum guarantee period of one year, under normal usage conditions. This guarantee excludes self-inking stamps where a replacement pad is required and pre-ink stamps and flash stamps, where the product needs re-inking. Self-inking stamps, pre-ink stamps and flash stamps have a limited life of quality impressions before a new replacement pad or re-inking fluid needs to be applied.

Delivery Time

All custom stamps or stock items which are ordered before 4pm will be despatched the next working day.  Our working days are Monday to Friday, but exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

Postage Charges

We currently only deliver within the UK.  We have a choice of methods to suit your needs:
  • Collect in store: This is a free service, we will call you once your goods are ready so you can pick up at a time to suit you
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Post: Free of charge - Delivery times take around 5-7 working days once despatched
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Post: £4.74 - Delivery times take around 2-3 working days once despatched
  • Courier: £10.99 - Delivery times take 1-2 working days once despatched and will require a signature upon delivery
Orders over £100 will be shipped for free as standard and will require a signature upon delivery

Lost Goods

Should the goods fail to arrive within 10 days of ordering, please notify us on our customer care number 0121 622 8901. In any event, failure to notify within 30 days will mean that we are unable to supply replacement goods without charge.

Payment Methods

Payment is possible by PayPal and BACS (Bank Transfer)

Storage of Information

With the exception of the details of the financial transaction, the details of your order will be retained for at least six months.

By ticking ‘I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions’ when completing your purchase you are confirming you have read, understood and agree to all the conditions below.

Orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions and the placing of an order with Greenstik Materials Limited is to be deemed to be acceptance of such terms and conditions by the customer. No variation or modification of, or substitution for, such terms and conditions shall be binding unless expressly accepted by Greenstik Materials Limited. We will use best efforts to ensure all orders placed up to 12pm are despatched the same day (unless othewisde stated on individual products) on all fully paid orders. All orders placed after 12pm on a Friday evening will be processed the following Monday for shipment Monday evening.

           a) Cancellation  –  To cancel an order please contact us by telephone as soon as possible after the order is placed so it can be cancelled before items items are packed / despatched. Once packed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel orders. Any refund processed will be made back to your original payment method. This may take a few days to show with your payment processing company.

         b) Returning products because you changed your mind  – Your item needs to be returned unused and in original condition with all labels and tags intact within 14 days.  We will provide an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions set out below.  We will process your refund once the item has been received by us and checked by our returns department, this can take up to 14 days.

        c) By original condition we mean:

You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price and you have not used the product

       d) Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days of purchase

We are unable to refund or exchange products made to your own specifications or personalised for you, unless faulty.

If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy we are unable to process a refund.

       The following products will not be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Products you received over 14 days ago
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products or packaging in poor condition
  • Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements

       e) Returning a faulty/defect item 

In the event of any defect to the products supplied by Greenstik Materials Limited; if it is satisfied upon return and inspection that it is due to faulty material, we will replace or return the products, provided that notice of such in made in writing to the us within 14 days after delivery.

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For online and telephone purchases, we’ll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days.


All REINER products come with a 12 month warranty


You acknowledge that all of the digital content found on is protected by U.K and international copyrights owned by Greenstik Materials LTD or its licensors. Greenstik Materials LTD grants you a personal and commercial, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and license to use the digital content that you download.

The personal / commercial license provides the owner the right to create physical projects using the design in question, either in whole or in part, and then offer that physical project for sale commercially. This license also grants the owner the ability to use the design in marketing efforts, either in print or online visual format, so long as such action does not include providing access to the design file, either in whole or in part.

Under no circumstances are you permitted to copy any digital content for any other person or to a computer or storage device that you do not own. You may not transfer any digital content obtained from to another person for any reason, whether it be sold or given freely. When digital content obtained from the is used to create a physical or digital manifestation of the shape, design, or other such content, Greenstik Materials LTD or its licensors retain copyright of the shape, design, or other such content, and the use, copying, and transfer of such physical or digital manifestation shall remain governed by the terms of this paragraph.

You shall not copy, capture, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any digital content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Greenstik Materials LTD or the respective licensors of the digital content. Greenstik Materials LTD and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the digital content.


We will aim to price match any product purchased within 7 days of a sale event occurring and you will be given the price difference iin the form of a partical refund. Contact our team at with your order number should this apply to you.
